What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess position at Jett Management?
Cooper's Landing in Galveston, TX is looking for a few host/hostesses to join our team for part-time schedules. We are located at 11150 Termini San Luis Pass Rd on the West side of the island.
Our ideal candidate is energetic with a happy demeanor that smiles easily to welcome our guests! They take pride in their personal hygiene and appearance. They are a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. Previous Host experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Answering the phones and book reservations
- Estimating wait time for guests
- Seating Guests as quickly as possible
- Assisting with bussing tables as available
- Communicating with Servers and Managers to insure each guest is attended to promptly.
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
Pay rate: $7.25 per hour plus tip share
