- Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage complex case files from inception through resolution
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters
- Participate in all phases of discovery, including document review and depositions
- Assist in trial preparation and attend court hearings
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Tennessee bar license in good standing
- 2-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Strong academic credentials
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience with pre-trial procedures and trial preparation
- Proficiency in legal software and case management systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
