What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Caregiver- Non-Medical position at JEVS Care at Home Career Center?
Family Caregivers needed - $525.00 sign on bonus (once 300 hours worked AND if 90% EVV compliance)

In-home support is available if your loved one is in need of home care services. An eligible parent, guardian, family member, or family friend can work as a paid Caregiver. If you do not know someone, we can find that someone to care for your loved one! The client and Caregiver must both be 18 years of age or older. We will cover the cost of any clearances and Tuberculosis testing that is required by the state.
We currently cover the following counties: Alleghany, Butler
We accept the following waivers: Community Health Choice, ACT 150, and the VA Aid & Attendance
If the client is not on an accepted waiver, we can assist you in starting the process!
Here is how we support you:
- Full benefits package: Receive Health, Dental & Life Insurance (after 60 days and if meet weekly hours worked requirement). *
- Weekly Pay: You will receive a paycheck every week.
- Flexible Hours: You get to choose the hours you want to work.
- PTO up to 35 hours that can be used or cashed out

- Care Support: You will have a Client Care Manager available for support and questions regarding your client(s)

Family Caregiver Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate with assigned Client Care Manager and the ability to follow verbal and written communication.
- Must complete JEVS Care at Home written exam and orientation program successfully
- Must pass background check/clearances as required by state regulations
