WE ARE OFFERING A $525 SIGN-ON BONUS ONCE YOU WORK 300 HOURS
We are currently hiring for 20 an experienced DSP in Butler, 16001 for evening and weekend hours. Pay rate is $18 per hour.
The client is very active. He is involved in the Special Olympics, attends a gym twice a week, and enjoys playing basketball, golf, and bike riding. There are physical requirements that you are able to assist and participate with the client in the desired activities.
Pay is weekly on Fridays. Training and orientation is virtual and paid your hourly rate. You can accrue up to 40 hours a year in PTO. There are 11 holidays that are paid time and a half on.
A clean, valid drivers license, a reliable car, and car insurance, registration and inspection is required due to transporting the client to and from any outside activities. You would be reimbursed for any mileage incurred, and the state rate is .67 cents per mile.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients in their homes with personal care - bathing, dressing, grooming
- Transporting clients into the community
- Help with light housekeeping, food shopping, meal preparation, medication reminders and laundry
- Offer companionship and supervision
- Report to Client Care Manager regarding direction of care, client updates and concerns, scheduling, etc.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must meet minimum qualifications for each of the following background checks: Criminal Background Investigation, ChildLine Verification, FBI background check.
- Must have reliable transportation and fulfill assignments with reliability and punctuality.
- Must be able to function in a home setting with minimal direct supervision.
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and document services provided.
- Must be genuinely concerned about helping people and have high moral standards of honesty and integrity
