DSP-Direct Support Professional In-Home Care

DSP-Direct Support Professional will be working with Intellectually Disabled Adults providing in home supports. 

You may also be hired on for your loved one who is in need of in home care services.  An eligible parent,  guardian or family member,  friend or neighbor can become their paid Caregiver.  If you do not know someone, we can also find someone to care for your loved one if they meet the qualifications for a Medicaid waiver. We can help guide you through the process.

The client and Caregiver must both be 18 years of age or older. Pay rates will be determined by what type of waiver the client

qualifies for.

A valid, clean driver’s license, your own vehicle, your own car insurance, updated registration, and inspection are a requirement. You would be taking the client out into the community to engage in activities and following their ISP. 

We will cover the cost of any clearances needed and a 2 step tb test or Tb gold blood test that is required by the state.

We also accept the following waivers: Community Health Choice and  ACT 150 and the VA Aid & Attendance, the Consolidated Waiver, the Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) Waiver, and the Community Living Waiver 

Pay rates are determined by the type of waiver the individual is on.

If not on an accepted waiver, we can assist you in starting the process to determine eligibilty.
