What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Caregiver position at JEVS Care at Home?
Do you have a family member or friend who is in need of home care services? JEVS Care at Home can help! An eligible parent, guardian, family member or family friend can become their paid Caregiver to assist with activities of daily living, personal care, light housekeeping, etc. If you do not know someone, we can find that someone to care for your loved one!
We currently cover the following counties: Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, Perry, Juniata, Cumberland, Adams, York, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon

We accept the following waivers: Community Health Choice, ACT 150, and the VA Aid & Attendance
If the client is not on an accepted waiver, we can assist you in starting the process!
JEVS Care at Home is a non-profit organization that provides non-medical homecare services to those in need throughout the Philadelphia region. Over the last 10 years of serving our clients, we have seen rapid growth across the state of Pennsylvania and have expanded into the Pittsburgh, Allentown, and Gettysburg regions. It is our mission to deliver industry leading in-home care through recruiting, empowering, and investing in the growth of our Caregivers.
Benefits:
- Full benefits package: Receive Health, Dental & Life Insurance (after 60 days and if meet weekly hours worked requirement). *

- Flexible Hours/Scheduling
- PTO up to 35 hours that can be used or cashed out
- 11 paid holidays at time and a half
- Bonus Opportunities: Earn $525.00 AFTER WORKING 300 HOURS*
- Job Training: Paid training available when needed for specific client care.
- Care Support: You will have a Client Care Manager available for support and questions regarding your client(s)
- 24/7 On-call support
Requirements:
- The client and Caregiver must both be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to follow verbal and written communication.
- Ability to effectively communicate with Client Care Manager regarding client care.
- Must satisfactorily complete JEVS Care at Home written exam and orientation program.
- Must pass background check/clearances as required by state regulations.
