Responsibilities
- Proctor ATI TEAS Assessment for applicants. Requires completion of ATI’s Proctor Certification Course.
- Assist with various aspects of campus operations, including academic scheduling, clinical site and extern site coordination, student support services, academic affairs, coordinate with financial aid and purchasing departments, and registrar functions.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with other departments within the College
- Prepare syllabi, tests, lesson plans and other documents as requested by the Director of Nursing, Nursing Faculty, and CMA faculty.
- Develop and maintain various tracking mechanisms for program specific data as requested.
- Assemble and maintain on-site nursing faculty personnel files to include all paperwork required for licensing and accrediting bodies
- Attend pinning ceremony for nursing programs and graduation ceremony and perform all assigned duties (requires evening hours)
- Provide back-up support as needed (via cross training) to all aspects of the clerical team including, but not limited to recording attendance, grades,
- scanning documents.
- Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and standards in a safe manner and with minimal supervision.
- Sort, scan, index, and route student documents into Orleans’ electronic file management system, Perceptive Content
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as needed
- High School diploma;
- Proficient in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL
- Some knowledge of working with institutional databases helpful.
