Bench Jeweler

Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of jewelry pieces according to the customer’s specifications.
- Perform basic jewelry repair tasks such as lengthening/shortening chains, replacing charms/clasps, and restringing beads under the guidance of experienced jewelers.
- Prep repaired areas for polishing to ensure they meet quality standards after final polish.
- Record all work completed on each job and price accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow and safety.
- Learn and apply proper handling techniques for precious metals, gemstones, and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge through on-the-job training.

Shift: Day shift (Monday-Friday) with occasional Saturdays when needed
