What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance Lead position at Jewel Craft INC.?
Maintenance Manager:
This position is loaded with an upbeat, family-owned atmosphere and great health care coverage. We are looking for a maintenance manager who can perform general machine maintenance, building repairs and manage the day to day operations of the maintenance team.
Role Responsibilities:
- dismantle machines, equipment or devices to access and remove defective parts.
- use hand tools and power tools
- perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventative maintenance actions
- assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems plumbing, machinery or equipment.
- plan and coordinate jobs with third party vendors for larger maintenance projects.
- paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall or other parts of the building.
- manage a team of 3 maintenance employees, including confirming time sheets, work distribution and overall team needs.
Shift: Day shift (Monday-Friday)
