Jewel-Craft keeps growing! Looking for the right candidate to excel as our next team member in our Shipping department as an Invoicer. Experience helpful, but will train the right candidate!
JCI employs over 270 hard working individuals and services retail jewelry stores nationwide.
Role Responsibilities:
- Procurement and organization of completed works from shop
- Invoicing completed works according to customer and system specifications
- Customer communications in regards to general shipping questions and updating customer specified reports
- Maintaining customer profiles in regards to shipping preferences
- Investigating, reporting, and filing appropriate insurance claims according to customer profile specifications
