The Admissions Director plays a crucial role in shaping the future of Jewel Health & Rehab by leading the admissions department and developing strategies to attract and admit prospective referrals. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive admissions strategies that align with the facility goals.
- Oversee all aspects of the admissions process, including whatever systems Jewel Health & Rehab uses.(AIDIN & CAREPORT) Application review, and referral management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling and positive enrollment / transitioning for all residents. As well utilizing skills in content marketing and marketing automation.
- Manage the admissions referral portals effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Utilize all spreadsheets to keep the team up to date at all times so that we can enhance online enrollment processes and improve user experience on the facility's website.
- Maintain proficiency in all spreadsheets in regard to admissions content.
- Provide leadership and training for the admissions team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- As well experience with AIDIN & CAREPORT.
- Proven experience in admissions or enrollment management within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce strategies and digital marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with content marketing principles and experience with marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in Insurnace processes and financial management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively with a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in AIDIN & CAREPORT.
This role is essential for driving our facility's growth through effective strategies while ensuring that we provide high-quality transitions for all potential residents.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
