Duties:
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Fabricate or repair parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Assist with supervising contractors and vendors
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to interact with staff and tenants
- Proficient in using CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities
- Ability to fabricate or repair parts using various tools and equipment
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Leadership skills to assist with supervising contractors and vendors
