Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals and formulate data-driven solutions.
- Interpret and communicate insights and findings from analyses to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to support the introduction of new products, enhancements to existing products (forms, rates, rules), and / or entry into new markets to reach company profit and growth targets.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Serve as product expert supporting corporate actions and operational initiatives.
- Lead product analysis projects within the department, including preparation of product and pricing exhibits to support executive decision makers.
- Monitor overall product performance on Jewelers Mutual book of business and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
- Explore new data sources and continually enhance data quality and reliability.
- Ability to work on complex problems / projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
- Utilize JM Group or authorized third-party data to perform statistical analysis and data mining to understand current and historical patterns that can be utilized to improve business performance.
