Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Campaign & Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with marketing partners to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Develop and manage campaign calendars to ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
Content Creation
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral such as presentations, blog posts, social media graphics, email templates, and video scripts.
- Write and proofread content to ensure alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers to produce high-quality creative assets.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of brand guidelines across all marketing touchpoints.
Project Coordination:
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing deliverables are completed on time and align with strategy.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, progress reports, and resource allocations.
- Assist in the prioritization of tasks and projects based on business goals and deadlines.
Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support
- Maintain an organized repository of marketing assets, templates, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.
- Act as a go-to team member for tackling urgent and unexpected marketing needs.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university preferred, with two to four years of experience in a marketing and/or communication role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Property/casualty insurance background and jewelry industry experience is helpful.
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Individual most possess strong proficiency in Microsoft suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Individual most be capable of becoming proficient within a CRM platform, Marketing Collaboration software, and Content Management System.
