Summary
Managing Asset Protection Engagement and Awareness project(s) from inception to implementation using a variety of methodologies. Maintains existing initiatives as assigned, managing to establish KPI’s Accountable for project schedules, budgets, scope and associated communications documentation. Analyzes, communicates and manages risks that threaten critical success factors. Communicates extensively with business partners to facilitate desired outcomes and clarify expectations. Position can be based in Neenah, WI or could be a hybrid role with 25% travel to Neenah, WI.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Scope
- Develop an overarching Asset Protection strategy that engages with Agents, Policyholders and Internal/External partners to reduce loss and increase overall AP Awareness.
- Collaborate with industry associations to ensure Jewelers Mutual is represented with industry events and task forces.
- Be considered the Subject Matter Expert in Asset Protection Engagement and Awareness with internal / external business partners.
- Oversees multiple Asset Protection Awareness projects and maintains the successful execution of existing initiatives.
- Responsible for the daily activities of project teams comprised of both internal and external resources/vendors.
- Spend time (30%) in the field with agents, Field AP team and policyholders to gauge overall awareness and develop strategic plans based on those visits.
- Creates KPIs and continually monitors those KPIs to ensure that the AP team is creating repeatable processes to reduce losses.
Accountabilities
- Develops, executes and monitors project plans; revises project plans based on ongoing assessments to deliver project goals and objectives
- Identifies and communicates project milestones, tasks and risks to project teams and partners
- Makes recommendations to business and technology leadership and to broader project team to drive issue resolution
- Coordinates and facilitates project plan meetings and working sessions.
- Contributes to the delivery of excellence in quality and service levels
- Delivers upon KPI’s established for existing initiatives post-implementation, continuously monitoring performance and refining for optimal results.

- Work is more variable at this level; as such must consider multiple options to solve problems

- Issues not defined by best practices are escalated to senior team members or Management

- Communicates and collaborates with leader, project team and vendors on status issues and decisions
- Facilitates discussions regarding the project with the project team
- Creates and delivers presentations and communications to leader, project team and vendors

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must have 7 years of experience in Underwriting and/or Asset Protection discipline, with an emphasis on Asset Protection awareness program development and/or methodologies.
- Experience leading organizational change management preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to write status reports and business correspondence; ability to effectively present information to groups of internal and external project stakeholders, across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrates thought leadership through innovative, creative, problem solving type thinking that arrives at actionable next steps that align with desired business outcomes
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Understanding of our technologies to be able to work with and understand our technical team, including but not limited to Guidewire, Salesforce. Approaches work in a structured, systematic way, organizing and prioritizing workload to meet demands of the team, department and organization
- Stays focused and manages time well in the face of distractions and interruptions
