We are artisans, goldsmiths, gemologists and professionals with a single mission; to be your jeweler for life. Our journey began as a wholesale manufacturer, a jeweler to the jewelers. Over nearly 50 years we have transformed into the largest supplier of diamonds in the Northwest. proudly rooted in the Tri Cities, Spokane and Missoula. Our state-of-the-art workshop and expert goldsmiths are visible so you can watch how jewelry is being created start to finish. Services range from custom design to meticulous repairs. Our showroom is the largest in the region with an incredible collection of diamonds, engagement rings, bands, fashion designers and Swiss made watches as well as our own Jewelry Design Center collection made in house. Job Brief
A Client Liaison acts as a liaison between a business and its customers, by striving for excellence and have a passion for helping others. They maintain high levels of service and customer satisfaction by offering focused, friendly and efficient service. They are an extension of our brand which represents quality, integrity and a drive to delight our guests.
Responsibilities
- Receives inbound calls and makes outbound calls.
- Assists with client inquiries and forwards request to the appropriate personnel.
- Manages and maintains open logs to provide excellent client service.
- Assists to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Provides post sales support including, but not limited to, delivery, missing items, damaged items, special orders and exchanges.
- Communicates with customers after delivery to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Takes on difficult challenges, finds creative solutions, and demonstrates ability to multi-task.
- Extends the highest level of courtesy and friendliness to all customers.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time. Pay: $45,000 to $70,000 per year. Benefits: 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Vision insurance, Paid time off, Professional development assistance, Continuing education with GIA & AGS. Compensation package: Bonus opportunities & Profit sharing.
