Jewelry Design, a family-owned business serving The Villages for 26 years, is seeking Assistant Manager/Key Holder/Sales Associate in Training to join our team!

What you'll do:

• Welcome customers and understand their jewelry needs.
• Showcase our products and services with enthusiasm and knowledge.
• Maintain a well-stocked inventory.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Be ready for additional responsibilities as a team leader!

• You have previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy exceeding expectations.
• You can build rapport with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You have a strong desire to learn about the jewelry industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
