What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jewelry Television - Gemstore Jewelry Sales Associate position at Jewelry Television?
Our Gemstore Jewe;ru Sales Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer experiences, building a loyal customer base, achieving personal and event sales goals as well as Jewel Safe goals. They will maintain an active client book, collect email addresses to support social media growth and achieve new customer generation goals. Positions currently available for full-time, part-time, and temp roles.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers, build client base, suggestive sales
- Assist in ordering product and merchandising showcases
- Inventory control
- Send Thank you, Birthday, and Anniversary cards
- Grow a special order and jewelry repair business
- Daily operational needs
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior POS terminal experience is preferred
- Previous Customer Service is preferred
- Excellent Attendance Record
- Ability to Engage Customers
- Must be capable of continually standing for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift 20lbs
