As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with JEWELS, you will be essential in designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, collaborating with other professionals, and guiding our dedicated behavior technician team. We're seeking a candidate with a solid commitment to evidence-based practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Design, implement, and monitor ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive services.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and support staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments as required by insurance protocols.
