- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve oral motor skills, expand food acceptance, and ensure safe mealtimes
- Provide therapy for a variety of diagnoses, including transitioning from tube to oral feeding, introduction of solids, and supporting oral motor development
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to extend therapy goals at home
- Maintain accurate documentation and generate detailed reports
- Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in pediatric feeding therapy
- Work closely with healthcare professionals and educators for coordinated care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
- Strong foundation in pediatric therapy and feeding challenges
- MD state licensure required
- Experience working with infants and toddlers with feeding difficulties
