Job Description

As a Luxury Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for curating personalized, high-end travel experiences for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in luxury travel, build strong relationships, and ensure that every detail of the client's journey is meticulously planned and executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage tailor-made travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and exclusive experiences.
• Provide expert advice on luxury destinations, properties, and experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and travel goals.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and exclusive perks for clients.
• Stay updated on luxury travel trends, new destinations, and exclusive offers.
• Handle travel-related issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions for clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a travel advisor, with a focus on luxury travel.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury destinations, properties, and experiences.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and technology.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in travel or tourism are a plus.
