What You’ll Do : ✈️ Plan & Book Travel : Arrange flights, car rentals, hotels, cruises, and event tickets. 🌍 Create Customized Itineraries : Tailor travel experiences to meet individual client needs. 📚 Stay Informed : Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to gain expertise in specific destinations. (Some suppliers even offer complimentary trips to help you better market their services!) 📢 Engage with Clients : Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after their trip. 🛠️ Problem-Solve : Address any booking issues and ensure smooth travel experiences. 🤝 Collaborate : Work with team members to achieve shared goals and offer support. 🎓 Continuous Learning : Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain booking certifications. What We’re Looking For : ✅ Must be 18 and authorized to work in the US, UK, Australia, or Mexico . ✅ Strong communication skills are a must! ✅ Personal travel experience is a plus but not required. ✅ Prior experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or hospitality is helpful but not necessary.
