As a Travel Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their travel needs, ensuring seamless booking processes, and providing support throughout their travel journey. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities
• Provide comprehensive support and guidance throughout the travel planning process
• Handle client inquiries, changes, and cancellations with professionalism and efficiency
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination information, and supplier offerings
• Proactively address and resolve travel-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction
• Collaborate with travel agents and suppliers to secure the best options for clients
• Meet or exceed sales and service targets through diligent support and upselling additional services

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Passion for travel and helping clients achieve their travel goals
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic knowledge of travel booking processes and systems is a plus
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving commission-based goals
