Architectural Project Manager - Fremont, NH
We are seeking a licensed Architectural Project Manager with experience overseeing residential, commercial and institutional construction projects from conceptual design to completion.
Responsibilities included field measuring, drawing existing conditions, programming, code review, schematic design, UL Assembly research, design development, product research, detail and construction set development, 3D design and rendering, exterior envelope building science review, acoustical design review and mitigation, specification creation, value management, construction administration, and coordinating with owner and team members through all stages of a project.
Key Skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Autocad, Photoshop, SketchUp and Procore
- Responsible and reliable
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Experience collaborating with multiple consultants on projects
- Concise written and verbal skills
- Solid understanding of life safety, code analysis, construction means and methods and detailing
- Construction administration (field and office)
- Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP)
