Description :
The J offers American Red Cross group swim lessons for children age 6 months and up. We offer classes for the beginner to the experienced swimmer who may be working on stroke proficiency and endurance. We also offer private swim lessons for all ages and abilities.
Schedule :
Swim Instructors : Aug-Dec on Thursdays 5-8pm and Sundays 12-3pm.
Additional hours available for :
- swim teach coaching
- private swim lessons (open schedule depending on need)
Swim Coach needed Mondays and Wednesdays 5 : 30-7 : 30pm and Saturdays 9am-11am

Requirements :
Physical Requirements
Requires constant talking and hearing to communicate instructions with students, constant repetitive motions and eye / hand / foot coordination to demonstrate strokes as well as frequent standing. Will occasionally walk, lift / carry / push / pull up to 50 lbs., climb ladders in and out of pool, and stoop / crouch. This position also involves exposure to outdoor weather conditions depending on the season, and varying pool temperatures.
