The JCCSF Summer Camp is now hiring a Camp Registrar for 2025!
Summer Camp at the JCCSF offers one-week to three-week sessions in traditional day camp and specialty camp settings for campers in grades K-10. Our classic day camps feature arts & crafts, STEAM projects, and sports. Specialty camps include visual arts, nature exploration, musical theater, science and more.

The Camp Registrar is a supplementary and supportive role for the program administration team. This role focuses on making the administrative workflow of camp smooth and manageable, and is a key member of the camp team.
The Camp Registrar is responsible for the creation of important camp documentation, including but not limited to camp rosters, medical/emergency information sheets, and pickup logistic sheets. As a member of the camp administrative team, this position plays a key role in the dissemination and management of camp information.
This position requires administrative experience with a strong background in data input, proficiency using Salesforce and Excel, and the ability to manage a varying workflow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Function as a front-of-office staff member when not attending to the duties of registrar
- Create/update camp rosters
- Handle registration modifications using Salesforce
- Run reports from Salesforce as needed
- Maintain and update the authorized/sibling pickup forms
- Create daily logistic sheets
- Monitor/track the attendance of campers under the Children’s Council program
- Update camp schedules and coordinate session welcome emails
- Track and order supplies and budgets
- Prepare Med bag contents and folders with assistance from Camp Program Administration Manager
- Keep track of med bags and room assignment changes
- Keep the office organized
- Assist with medication check-in
- Additional responsibilities as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Highly organized with a professional demeanor
- Familiarity with Salesforce software and Excel
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
- Knowledge of summer camps
- Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently
- Enthusiasm, flexibility, and ability to improvise
WORKING CONDITIONS
This is an on-site position, working directly with camp staff. The primary location will be the Youth & Family office on-site at the JCCSF.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Position requires seated or standing use of a computer throughout the day. Some lifting/carrying of supplies and equipment, as needed.

HOURS
Up to 20 hours of prep work in the week of 5/26/2025
37.5 hours per week from 6/2/2025 – 8/22/2025
