Job Title: Lifeguard/Swim Instructor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lifeguard/Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of all swimmers while providing high-quality swim instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment at our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool activities and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as needed.
- Conduct swim lessons for various age groups and skill levels, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs (optional).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area.
Qualifications:
- Current lifeguard certification (American Red Cross).
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- PA State Background Check, Child Abuse Clearances, and Fingerprints.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings.
