JOB SUMMARY
You will provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment in which the children can grow physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually using the educational philosophies and goals of the program as guidelines. This is a full-time position, 32 hours per week.

You will provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment in which the children can grow physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually using the educational philosophies and goals of the program as guidelines.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop a daily routine consistent with the needs of the children.
- Plan and carry out daily lesson plans to include individual and small / large group instruction to meet the goals and objectives in each child’s IEP. Submit plans to Director for review on a weekly basis.
- Provide and implement well planned daily activities that encompass using a multitude of learning opportunities in all centers of the classroom.
- Evaluate student performance to determine educational needs. Participate in team meetings to make recommendations for development of IEP. Formulate, review, code and update IEP’s addressing the following areas :
Cognitive Speech / Language
Fine Motor Gross Motor
Self Help Socialization

68-72K annually
