Overview
Summary: This position manages the Concession Pool Diner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ordering and stocking supplies, supervising the Concession staff, scheduling of staff, food preparation, handling cash, making sure Kosher rules are followed, and keeping a clean, safe working environment.

Responsibilities
· Keep an inventory of items and order and stock food as needed.
· Work with ice cream and soda vendors.
· Make a weekly work schedule for employees.
· Prior to opening, make sure all the ingredients and raw materials are in stock and prepped.
· Preopening work with grills and fryers.
· Count and total cash drawer at beginning and end of shift, making sure the bank balances and there is adequate change.
· Take food and beverage orders from the customers. Record and process the orders in our computerized POS system, collect payment and deposit cash.
· Prepare and serve food and beverages orders.
· Keep a clean working environment. Let lifeguards know if outside trash needs attention.
· Clean dishes, counters, and floor space throughout shift as necessary. Ensure the concession area is cleaned before leaving.
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma/GED
