SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supervising J Camps Marketing team. This position is responsible for creating daily social media content, uploading all daily photos into the J Camps Baltimore app, and tracking weekly photo rosters.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to spend time sitting and using a computer, laptop or phone. The employee may also be required to frequently be on their feet for periods of time.
The work environment may be fast paced and requires high energy and interaction with others.
The workspace may be noisy, at times.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Salary (or Salary Range): $ 4,000
Benefit & Perks: J Camps offers a complimentary family membership to the Jewish Community Center from June through December 2025. Discounts are also available on summer camp up to one camper for free and any additional camper(s) 50% off.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Create daily social media content including Instagram Reels, Tik Tok videos, camper testimonials, and photos of camp life.
- Supervise the J Camps marketing team.
- Responsible for uploading all photos taken by camp photographers into the J Camps Baltimore app.
- Export camper photo lists to keep track of any campers that cannot be photographed.
- Follow social media calendar.
- Fill in for photographer if needed.
- Take photos of camp including special events, activities and campers if needed.
- Experience managing a social media account or creating posts is preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience within photography.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently and multitask under deadlines.
- Desire to make a positive difference in the lives of young people.
