Summer Swim Team Coach 2025
Experience :
Previous competitive swim experience preferred.
Love and passion for the sport of swimming!
A fun attitude towards working hard and training!
A drive to help the team grow and get better!
Coaching responsibilities include :
- Positive, high energy coaches desired to help motivate children and foster a fun team environment.
- Strong and nurturing role models to the children.
- Coaching children ages 5-18 all of the strokes and fundamentals of swimming.
- Required to be in the water with the swimmers a majority of the time.
- Communicate with the parents and families about their swimmers.
- Attend and assist with planning of team building related activities.
- Committed to the team for the season! Expected to be at 90% of practices / meets for the season.

Hiring for the Summer Season 2025 :
General practice times :
Tuesday-Friday in the 4pm a 7 : 44 pm range
Swim meets :
Typically Monday evenings in the 5-10pm range
Season dates :
Likely Mid- May to Mid-July
Salary : $16 - $18
