Part-Time On-Call Job Description for Cardinal Health Worksite & Arts & Community Exploration (ACE) Day Program
Position Summary :
Responsible for providing flexible support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in both educational and vocational settings on an as-needed basis. This role involves facilitating participation in educational, recreational, and community activities while ensuring quality work experiences at a community work site. The position may require time managing a caseload, developing individualized support plans, and promoting skill development to enhance self-esteem and employability.
Salary Range : $21.00 -$23.00
Responsibilities :
- Provide group and individual support, supervision, and transportation to participants in the ACE (Arts & Community Exploration) program and community worksite as needed.
- Assist in managing a caseload of individuals, assess their needs, advocate for them, and assist in developing person-centered service and support plans.
- Facilitate arts and crafts, games, exercise sessions, and educational outings as required.
- Organize and prepare materials for production at the community worksite, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Work with participants to develop their work skills, social skills, and understanding of workplace boundaries.
- Document participants' progress, daily production, and timesheets, reporting any concerns to the Community Worksite Coordinator.
- Assist with activities of daily living and maintain organization in activity spaces.
- Complete all necessary paperwork related to job responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This part-time on-call position requires flexibility and responsiveness to scheduling needs, aiming to enhance the independence and quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.
