Description
This critical position is often the first agency representative that a client or community member interacts with when visiting Jewish Family Service of Dallas. Callers' and visitors' first impressions of the agency are often established here. In this position, the individual will:
- Make a huge difference in others' lives.
- Answer incoming phone calls, route calls, greet visitors and provide general assistance in Spanish or English, as needed
- Provide administrative support for Medical Billing, Office Management, and many of the programs run by the agency
- Process credit card, cash and check payments for service
- Schedule Food Pantry appointments
- Manage schedules for contract doctors
Qualifications
- Bilingual, Spanish and English
- Receptionist experience
- Smiling, friendly manner
- Experience in Office 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
- Data entry experience
