Community Health Worker:
The Community Health Worker position empowers members of the community to live healthier and more self-sufficient lives. They will administer healthcare questionnaires, identify unmet needs, and connect people to lifesaving services. In addition, the Community Health Worker will provide basic health education and tips for healthier lifestyle choices. They will engage with the community through outreach and events and build relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED
- Community Health Worker certification (or willingness to complete within 6 months of hire)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to engage with clients/patients in a culturally competent manner
English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
