The CMA assists providers of care in the family practice clinic. They ensure quality service and delivery of care to patients and ensure that the service delivery environment is clean, well maintained, the workflow runs smoothly, and patients are treated with excellence in customer service. They take medical histories and administer screening questionnaires. This position supports, promotes and furthers our goal of providing the highest standards of culturally relevant and sensitive professional service consistent with our mission. The qualified candidate will have :
- Completed Medical Assistant program from an accredited school
- 2 years of customer relations job experience
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
