SUMMARY
The CMPP Manager will oversee all programmatic operations of the Case Management Pilot Program (CMPP). This individual will supervise the CMPP Caseworkers and will engage in direct case assistance when necessary. The CMPP program helps to ensure that noncitizens who have been paroled, released on bond, are in Alternatives to Detention (ATD) programs, and / or for whom a Notice to Appear has been issued have access to voluntary client-led case management services including mental health services, human trafficking screening, legal orientation programs, and cultural orientation programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
A representative summary of tasks to be performed is provided below . The employee may be asked to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically stated in this description. The duties and responsibilities of the position are to be carried out in a manner that is consistent with the mission, values, and operating principles of Jewish Family Services.
- Oversee all programmatic operations of the CMPP, primarily the provision of case management services including mental health services, human trafficking screening, legal orientation and cultural orientation programs.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for required rigorous programmatic reporting to federal funder.
- On-site management of staff during JFS hours of operation; remote work availability for this position is limited.
- Provide ongoing training to support the needs of CMPP team, including caseworkers, internal partners, and consortium partners.
- Oversee intake, assessment, and enrollment process for clients daily.
- Ensure caseworkers are accurately entering required data into Penelope daily.
- Direct case assistance, when necessary, which may include :
Working with caseworkers to oversee the creation of client-led service plans to address mental health needs, legal needs / orientation, and cultural orientation.

Salary : $58,500 - $65,000
