Primary Purpose of Job:
Provide a clean environment throughout the Community. in Jewish Community Center (JCC) Health Spa, lower level locker rooms, and other assigned related facilities on campus. A clean facility is a primary reason people join and use the JCC. Responsible for ensuring the facilities are in top condition at all times, remain enthusiastic, and involve others as needed. Complete all floor care plan and cleaning tasks at the highest possible level.
Hours: Monday β Friday, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Employee must ensure the safety and comfort of all members as well as report any concerns to the direct supervisor.
2. Employee will have a daily and every other day floor care plan.
3. Employee may be required to open/close the facility according to the JCC hours of operation.
4. Employee must help with assigned care floor care that is on the floor care plan.
5. Employee must be ready to assume additional responsibility when asked.
6. Employee must wear a company ID badge and present a neat appearance at all times.
7. Employee must provide a professional attitude at all times.
8. Employee must utilize his or her time wisely.
9. Employee may be asked to work extra hours when needed.
10. Employee must be willing to follow directions from supervisors.
11. Employee must apply feedback to improve quality.
12. Employee must adhere to the department attendance policy and customer service expectations.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
