Job Summary :
The primary purpose of your job position is to beresponsible for performing setup of products, stocking and restocking, makingnourishment's, reading production sheets, cleaning, dating, labeling, rotating,replenishing water on the units, stocking the units in the Dietary Department. COVID VACCINES REQUIRED. Part-Time Available 2 : 00-7 : 00PM

Responsibilities :
- Perform defined work routines,using various utensils, supplies and equipment as assigned by the DietarySupervisor.
- Meetscheduled meal and snack times.
- Labels,dates and rotates food properly.
- Follow cleaning schedules andperform cleaning duties as scheduled, along with signing off on the dialingcleaning log.
- Worksthe line during meals times.
- Deliversfood to the units if items are requested.
- Assistin arranging tray cards, loading food carts, and serving meals.
- Settingup the dining room and serving residents.
- Washand store dishes properly.
- Report to manager any broken ordamaged equipment, damaged or spoiled food, safety issues, resident issues,pest issues.
- Assistin receiving and storing food supplies.
- Attendin service educational programs.
- Followdefined safety codes while performing duties.
- Followdefined infection control procedures.
- Understandsand follow fire and disaster plans.
- Beknowledgeable of federal, State and Facility's rules, regulations, policies andprocedures.
- Performother department duties or special assignments as directed by dietary Manager.
- Inabsence of Dietary Supervisor, aide is accountable to the Cook.
- Sweepsand mops kitchen floors.
- Washeswork tables, countertops, refrigerators.
- Segregatesand removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
- Setsup banquet tables.
- Loads, unloads and delivers trucksfrom kitchen to the units at designated times, having the dietary log signedoff by the aides, adhering to delivery times.
- Distributesportable equipment, equipment and supplies to units.
