- Type of Patients on Unit: Neuro-spine/cranial, navigation; Ortho-including robotics/arthroscopic; Thoracic and Vascular (complex); Transplant; ENT/Radical Neck procedures (complex)
- Personality Fit: Very flexible and adaptable and willing to learn and do whatever is asked of them; Willingness to expand knowledge base; Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to move across service lines
