Position Overview

Are you obsessed with creating 🔥 content, keeping up with the latest trends, and using social media for good? Do you want to build something bigger than just likes and shares? Jewish National Fund-USA is looking for a creative, strategic, and passionate Social Media Content Producer to help create the best content in the world and shine a light on our philanthropic investments in Israel's North and South. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Israel, Zionism, and our mission, combined with strong experience in social media management, content creation, dissemination, and digital growth strategies.

📌 Strategy with a Purpose

• Dream up and execute visionary social media strategies that make an impact – from growing our audience to turning followers into lifelong supporters.
• Use the latest tools and trends to connect with the right people at the right time (and make sure they stick around).

🎨 Content That Wows

• Create eye-catching posts, videos, and graphics that people actually want to share. We're talking reels, memes, thought-provoking threads, and more.
• Make sure every piece of content reflects our mission, values, and brand (because storytelling is everything).
• Attend events in NYC and bring our community along for the ride through live updates, BTS content, and first-hand storytelling.

📣 Campaigns That Convert

• Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns like a pro – from budgeting to audience targeting to tracking results.
• Analyze what's working (and what's not) and tweak strategies to make them even better.

💬 Community Building & Engagement

• Craft messaging that speaks directly to our audiences—whether it's Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, or legacy partners (donors).
• Be the voice of Jewish National Fund-USA online—engage, respond, and keep the conversation going in fun, impactful ways.
• Jump into trending topics (especially on X) and show up where the conversation is happening.

📊 Analytics & Growth

• Use data to drive decisions—track performance, analyze trends, and provide insights to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Work within an OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework to ensure we're accountable and always moving forward.

🚀 Stay Ahead of the Game

• Keep up with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates so we stay ahead of the curve.
• Experiment with new content formats and engagement strategies—because innovation is key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of experience in social media strategy and content creation.
• Proven track record of growing audiences across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, BlueSky, and YouTube.
• Experience running and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Experience in short-form social media video editing, meme and social graphic design, and content creation.
• Passion for storytelling, community building, and making an impact.
• Deep understanding of donor engagement, audience segmentation, and nonprofit marketing.
• Knowledge of Israel, Zionism, and Jewish National Fund-USA's mission is a big plus!
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills (memes and GIFs included)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment like a pro.

Bonus Points If You:

· Have experience in fundraising or nonprofit marketing.

· Are familiar with CRM and email marketing tools like Salesforce.

· Understand basic SEO principles and web content optimization.
