About Bonai Shalom
Congregation Bonai Shalom is a dynamic and growing – membership has increased from 230 to over 260 household units in the last 2 years USCJ-affiliated synagogue that endeavors to be a community rich in :
- Avodah – vibrant and traditional spiritual practice and meaningful lifecycle events
- Torah – flourishing K-7 religious school, USY teen group, and adult learning program
- Kehillah – inclusive community where members connect with one another socially, care for each other through acts of loving kindness, and steward the world beyond our walls through social action

About the Executive Director Position
The Executive Director is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Board of Directors. The position requires flexible hours to meet the needs of the Congregation.
Salary : $110,000-$125,000 commensurate with experience.
Who Should Apply
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in organizational management, and we welcome applications from those with experience in secular non-profit and business sectors. The successful candidate will serve in a key decision-making role within the Congregation. We seek a person with emotional intelligence who can interact fluidly with membership, staff, Board of Directors and outside organizations.
