Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated team player who will share our high standards for quality work, safety, honesty, and integrity. This position is based in Nibley, UT and will travel throughout Utah, Northern Arizona, and Wyoming to service our advanced residential and commercial wastewater treatment systems. Our ideal technician will preferably have practical experience with wastewater operations, electronics, and plumbing. This job requires being comfortable working with and around wastewater environments. Basic computer skills are required. This position mandates frequent and regular, unrestricted overnight travel. Those who cannot be away from home at a minimum of one week per month need not apply.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Qualifications:
- Travel extensively to multiple system sites per day. Company vehicle provided. Travel expenses paid by the company.
- Perform a variety of semi-technical field assignments including the maintenance, modification, testing, verification, and/or troubleshooting of installed wastewater systems.
- Collect data using specific equipment and compile reports.
- Must have the ability to work without direct supervision to accomplish tasks and effectively manage time to coordinate multiple jobs.
- Must be able to work in excess of 8 hours/day and non-standard schedules as needed. Schedule is typically M-F.
- Must work well with employees and clients and be able to conduct oneself in a professional manner.
- Must care for company equipment and maintenance tools.
- Must be of good physical health with the ability to stand, squat, walk, climb up or down a ladder, use hands to handle and feel objects, operate tools and equipment, and lift 80 lbs on an irregular basis.
- Must be able to work in extreme (hot, cold, and sometimes wet) weather conditions.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have a clean driving record, current driver's license, insurance, and keep all in good standing.
- Must be able to operate a company pickup truck while towing a small cargo trailer.
- Candidate must successfully pass a company paid, baseline health physical and drug and alcohol screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Entry Level $18 - $20 per hour.
Higher pay depending on experience. Increases available at 6 months for first year and upon obtaining onsite certification.
