We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers.

  • Greet guests and ensure compliance with office protocols
  • Main resource for corporate office and executive-related administrative needs related to HR, Fleet, and Executive staff
  • Coordinate with Facilities Director to respond to facilities-related needs (plumbing, electrical needs, etc.)
  • Create and issue ID badges and maintain log for building access for all locations
  • Administer recognition programs for employees
  • Personnel filing and retention policy compliance
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining all office supplies and canteen ordering
  • Coordinate employee events and community service-related activities at the office
  • Generate reports from various systems for stakeholders
  • Compliance task tracking and communication follow up
  • Assist executive leadership with presentation materials, travel, and other tasks as needed
  • Assist with travel and guest arrangements
  • Help Fleet administratively manage company fleet of over 930 vehicles
  • Plan office-related events and reserve meeting spaces
  • Manage incoming corporate office mail
  • Assist executive leadership with HR processes/forms when needed
  • Assist HR Team with projects as needed
  • Daily office presence is required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred; High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be willing to learn other programs, i.e., Enterprise, Verizon Connect and Wright Express
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant or executive assistant experience for a medium to large-sized company, required
  • Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
  • Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
