Recruiter (Hybrid ~ Camp Hill, PA)

Flexible, hybrid work options available with 3 weeks of Paid Time Off year one!! Must be available to commute to our JFC office in Camp, PA on a weekly basis as needed.

Pay range, benefits, perks:

The average base salary range is $40-45k dependent on previous experience with an uncapped bonus potential on top of base pay. Duties and job functions:

In this role, you will develop a network of talented professionals in one of four specialties: Technical/IT, Engineering/Skilled Trades, Office Professional and Accounting/Finance. Some main job functions of our recruiter role include: Sourcing Candidates, Interviewing, Sales and Documentation. You will learn the ins and outs of your specialty and JFC’s recruiting methods one step at a time, receiving individual guidance from managers, colleagues, and an experienced mentor along the way. You will have the opportunity for career advancement and ongoing professional learning and development!
