Key Responsibilities
- Conducting tests on BLDC compressors and inverters.
- Leading the lab team and setting project milestones.
- Preparing KPI reports and providing direction on new HVAC&R products.
- Assisting in sales and quality activities and supporting marketing initiatives.
- Conducting HVAC/R experiments and exploring innovative technologies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading and analyzing electric drawings.
- Knowledge of Thermodynamics in HVAC/R applications.
- Experience in Project and Team Management.
- BS/MS Degree in Electric/Electronic or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
- 8 years' experience in Electric Motors, BLDC compressors, and Inverters in HVAC/R.
