JFC Global is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join a client in the Lebanon, PA area This is a direct hire role paying up to 85k. Someone with construction experience who takes initiative will thrive in the position of Assistant Project Manager.

Requirements for Assistant Project Manager :

  • BS in related field
  • Ability to travel
  • Experience in Bluebeam a plus

    • Responsibilities for Assistant Project Manager :

  • Streamline project documentation management through CMIC and OneDrive for accessibility and precision
  • Develop Site Specific Safety Manuals to uphold safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Lead subcontractor and vendor contract preparation, ensuring approval and document organization
  • Manage Requests for Information (RFIs) by coordinating creation, distribution, and tracking for timely responses
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective communication and project schedule alignment
