Responsibilities

- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and food preparation stations.
- Buss tables and assist with dishwashing as needed to support overall operations.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements accurately.
- Strong guest services skills to create a positive dining experience.
- Experience in fine dining settings is a plus but not required.
