Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Team Members to join our organization. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care and support to individuals who are on vacation at our resort
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, attend, and supervise all activities such as tie-dye, sand art, basketball games, trivia
- Handle cabana bookings
- Assist with Top Golf Swing Suite Booking
- Hosting movie night at the pool
- Set up and clean up after events
- Maintain adequate office and activity supply inventories
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are kept in good condition
- Assist with new ideas based on seasons and holidays to keep the guests engaged
Skills
- Experience working with children of all ages is helpful but not necessary
- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on empathy and patience.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with families, and colleagues.
- Upbeat and friendly, especially with small children
- Strong organizational skills to assist in event planning and coordination.

Pay: $14.39 - $15.04 per hour
