We deliver and support simple to complex solutions for airports, airlines, aircraft manufacturers, and government customers. We have partnered with leading manufacturers to provide custom solutions for critical operational function, safety, and command/control.
Commercial Account Executive:
Candidate will be responsible for lead follow-up, prospecting from current existing customer lists and identified accounts.
Specific focus exclusively on expanding existing and identifying and closing new console, command/control, radio, wireless networking, radio infrastructure business to Commercial, Manufacturing, Airport and Airline entities.
Individual will learn our sales procedures/processes providing support to outside Account Manager. Excellent training programs are provided. Additional duties include generating quotes to customers; Proposals to customers; following up on quotes; processing orders; providing customer satisfaction; promoting account management.

Location:
We are located in Annapolis, MD, and utilizes a hybrid work model. The position will require in-office attendance 2-3 days a week to promote team collaboration and effectively train the candidate in our processes, systems, tools, and culture.
Education:
BA or BS required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
US Citizenship required. Applicant subject to background check and drug screen.
Systems:
We utilize the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc), Salesforce or similar CRM, QuickBooks, and other business tools. Experience with these systems is a plus, but not a requirement as training will be provided.
Compensation:
Starting salary for entry-level Account Executive $55,000. This is an entry-level position. The successful candidate will be eligible for promotion to an Account Executive position within 9-12 months, with salary plus incentive compensation with realistic expectations of $75,000 in total comp.
