Car Detailer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cars and a commitment to providing exceptional service. As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, and waxing.
• Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and detailed meticulously, including upholstery, carpets, and hard-to-reach areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the detailing process.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing work performed.
• Drive vehicles safely to and from the detailing area as required.
• Assist with custodial tasks to maintain a clean working environment.

Skills

• Proficiency in buffing techniques to enhance vehicle appearance.
• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs.
• Experience in car wash procedures and techniques for optimal results.
• Attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and quality assurance.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with window tinting processes is a plus but not required.
• Basic custodial skills for maintaining the detailing workspace.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 32 per week
